From convenient delivery options to online tools, you’ve got many easy ways to order most prescriptions and stay on track with your medications. You can also save time and money with budget-friendly delivery and pickup options.

Pharmacy services include:

Prescription delivery — You can get most prescriptions delivered within a few days at no extra cost. Same-day or next-day delivery is also an option for most prescription orders for an additional fee. Plus, for most prescriptions, you can get a 3-month supply for the price of 2 months.

Refill reminders and status updates —You can get refill reminders or alerts when new prescriptions are available to order via text, mobile app notifications, or email. You can also place some orders by responding directly to our text message reminders. We’ll provide status updates via text or email about shipping, delivery, or pickup information. 

Same-day prescription pickup — You can order most new prescriptions and pick them up the same day at most Kaiser Permanente pharmacies — at no extra cost.
