Who is Covered?
- Primary Member
- The Primary Member′s spouse or domestic partner
- Any dependent who is under the age of 26
- Any dependent child, regardless of age, who is incapable of sustaining employment by reason of mental or physical disability
Your program includes up to six sessions per person, per issue, per year to speak with a licensed counselor for you and your eligible household members.

How do I get help?
Getting professional help is just a phone call away. Call (855) 327-4463 to speak with a counselor or to schedule an in person, phone appointment. These services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When is the right time to call?
That’s up to you. Counselors are here whenever you need them —whether you simply need to talk or want guidance on something you are going through.
