The HDHP (high deductible health plan) plan is designed with the flexibility for you to choose a doctor both in- and out-of-network with a higher deductible. The key difference between this plan and others is the cost structure – when and how much you pay for eligible medical expenses in the form of premiums, deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments.

So, what comes next?

  1. Get to know your plan options at join.collectivehealth.com/catimes
  2. Make your final selections in Dayforce.
  3. Look for a welcome email from us. From there, activate your Collective Health account (if you haven’t already) to get access to all the tools you need.
  4. Be on the lookout for new cards only if you are enrolling for the first time with Collective Health.
  5. Download the mobile app and be on-the-go.
